I am a product designer based in Bangalore who works at the point where design decisions become engineering decisions. That is where most things go wrong. That is also where I do my best work.
What I work on
Most products don't fail because of bad ideas
They fail because the gap between what the founder knows and what the product communicates never gets closed. The flow makes sense internally but not to the person using it. The design looks right but does not work right. I work in that gap. That is the specific problem I am trained to find.
